Re: Professional Radiology Services (PRS)

 

To Whom It May Concern,

I am occasionally asked to write a reference letter for an associate, business partner or long time vendor, but rarely have I felt so pleased to write one as I am now for PRS and the excellent team of Applications Specialists on their team.

Insight Imaging provides mobile MRI, CT and PET/CT services all across North America and Hawaii, and our customers routinely require training.  While we do have many options when it comes to finding Applications Specialists, including the OEM, our first call is always to PRS; and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever had to make a second call to someone else.

The folks at PRS, specifically Aaron K. who I’ve had the pleasure of working with for a number of years, are incredibly responsive to even last minute requests for training.  With our business we never know where our equipment will be from week-to-week, and yet PRS has never had any trouble accommodating on-site training in even the remotest of locations across the country.

The technologists they dispatch have all been extremely skilled and knowledgeable, clearly at the top of their field.  The comments we receive from our customers always support this, without fail. 

When PRS dispatches an Applications Specialist to train the staff of one of our customers, these technologists represent Insight Imaging in the field.  I’ve worked with PRS long enough to feel absolutely confident their staff will perform their job with courtesy, respect, and an unparalleled professionalism.  Their team has my gratitude and my respect – and as such they will always have my business.
